Dear guests, if you want to spend a quiet, carefree and undisturbed holiday, then you have come to the right place.

Our private house, built in Tyrolean style, is located only 1 kilometer from Mayrhofen, the capital of the Zillertal   in a quiet but not isolated location. 

The "Zillerpromenade",

a combined walking and cycling path and the cross-country ski run pass around 200m from the house.

You park your car in your own parking lot, a separate entrance leads you through your own garden to the terrace in front of your apartment, about 70 m², where a cozy seating area invites you to linger or padded loungers to relax and sunbathe.

You enter the anteroom and then come into the kitchen-cum-living-room, where you can warm up in the cozy tiled stove on particularly cold days. Here you will also find satellite TV (TV

armchair ) and a stereo system. If you want to give free rein to your cooking skills, you have a complete set of equipment including a microwave and dishwasher.

A romantic wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, each with a shower / toilet, and where you can see the Zillertal mountains from the balcony.
